The Family Vacation Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by:

• GetOut (the unified entity of these brands)
Collectively referred to as the "Sponsor."

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry.
To be eligible the winner must travel with at least one child under the age of 18.
Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, marketing partners, and immediate household/family members are not eligible.Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins December 1, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM MT on December 20, 2025.
4. How to Enter
A. Automatic Entry With Purchase
Purchasing a Pogo Pass or GetOutPass during the Promotion Period automatically grants one (1) entry. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning compared to the free method.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary
To enter without a purchase, mail a handwritten letter or postcard including your:
• Full name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Phone number

Entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2025 and received by December 20, 2025.Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a family vacation valued up to $4,999.99.
Prize components may include:
• GetOut or Pogo Pass memberships
• Flights
• Hotels
• Travel related experiences or expenses
All Prize elements will be issued exclusively through gift cards, not cash.
There is no limit on the number of people the winner may bring; however, Sponsor will only provide a value not to exceed $4,999.99.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, resold, or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion.
6. Required Travel Window
The trip must take place between January 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026.
Failure to complete travel within this window may result in forfeiture.
7. Market Limitations
The trip must occur within one of the 32 active markets offered by GetOutPass and Pogo Pass at the time of booking. See sponsor website(s) for details.
8. Identification Requirements
The winner and any adult travelers must present valid government-issued identification suitable for airline travel (if applicable) and hotel check-in.If the winner cannot provide such identification, the Prize may be forfeited.
9. Marketing Participation Requirement
By entering and/or accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to:
• Provide trip-related photos and videos or participate in content captured by Sponsor or a professional photographer
• Grant Pogo Pass, GetOutPass, and GetOut a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publish all submitted or captured media
• Permit Sponsor to use the winner's and family's names, images, likenesses, and voices in promotional materials
• Waive all rights to additional compensation, royalties, approval, or notification related to media use by any of the three brands
Participation in photo/video documentation is required. If the winner is unwilling to participate, the Prize must be forfeited.
10. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen through a random sweepstakes draw on or around December 21, 2025.
The potential winner will be contacted only via email or telephone.
Important Scam Warning
Sponsor will never notify winners through social media direct messages. Any DM claiming the entrant has won is fraudulent.
To claim the Prize, the notified winner must:
1. Re-review and confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
2. Respond within 24 hours of initial notification
If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours, declines the Prize, or does not re-accept the Terms, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
11. Taxes
Sponsor will issue the winner a Form 1099-MISC for the Prize value. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.Prize may not be delivered until all required tax forms are completed.
12. Liability Release
By entering or accepting the Prize, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Their officers, employees, contractors, and partnersfrom liability relating to:• Travel delays or cancellations
• Personal injury, illness, or property damage
• Misuse of gift cards

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's:• Name
• Likeness
• Voice
• Photographs and videos
• Statementsfor promotional purposes without additional compensation across all Sponsor brands

15. Governing LawThis Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
